PB Cranberry Protein Bites

Makes 24 bites

Ingredients:

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter*
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (e.g., Muscle Milk Pro)
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  2. Stir in dried cranberries, then add old fashioned rolled oats.

  3. Form into bite size pieces. Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
