Molly’s expertise is in the area of nutrition promotion and communication. She works with national and regional clients including, the Ottawa and Binghamton Senators
, professional hockey teams.
She is known for her creative and high energy edge that she integrates into presentations, working with the media, promotions, and is known for creating tasty (and healthy) recipes.
As a certified pediatric and adolescent weight management Registered Dietitian, she consults with school districts and helped create and implement the award winning Rock on Cafe program.
In effort to make her community a healthier place she donates her time and expertise by working with numerous community groups, teams, and companies.
Molly has been a guest speaker at the CDC's National Wellness & Health Promotion Summit (Washington, DC - 2008) and speaks to many teams and groups. She was named a Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year by the New York State Dietetic Association (May 2008) and her work has won Best Practice Awards for Nutrition Education from the New York State Department of Education (2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009).
Molly lives in Upstate, New York with her husband and her two sons. Professional Affiliations: American Dietetic Association, NY State Dietetic Association, NY School

Society. Molly is the current President for the Southern Tier Dietetic Association and a Board Memeber for the New York State Dietetic Association.
